I will then edit and post an ad here at First Choice Web at no charge for the photography or the free webpage to advertise your property for sale. All the photos may be downloaded for you to post on other ads or do with whatever you like.
With the price fuel now days, all I ask is that you pay for gas in my car. I am located off I-5 near exit 48, so for example if you are in Gold Hill, that would be about 10 miles. At $2.00 per gallon that would cost me about $3.00 for a round trip. That works out to about 15 cents per mile.
